Job summary

Mossy Honda in California is seeking a Service Advisor to own the customer experience in the service lane. You will be the first point of contact, explain repair processes, and coordinate service needs with technicians.

Prior experience in customer service or retail is welcomed, including transitions from hospitality or other service sectors. This role offers a base wage up to $17.75 per hour plus commissions, with typical annual earnings around $70,000 to $130,000 depending on performance.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and employees.
• Valid CA driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Willing to undergo background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Oversee flow of Drive Lane. Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
• Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer.
• Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled
• Advise customers of estimated service and repair costs and review details of service/repair invoice to gain their understand of all services provided.
• Distribute work between technicians efficiently
• Ensure comprehensive re-delivery check of customer vehicle, ensuring cleanliness and that all items identified for service/repair have been carried out appropriately and on schedule.
