Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Saturday and Sunday availability.
• Prior hospitality experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Knowledge of fine dining service.
• Familiar with menus and beverage offerings.
• Station setup and breakdown/side-work.
• Polish and clean glass and silver wares.
• Perform duties as assigned by restaurant manager.
• Prepare dollies' underliners and folding napkins for service.
• Serve guests and greet with a smile, using surnames when obtained.
• Maintain clean restaurant and Knowledge of Micros Computer System.
• Support teammates and uphold teamwork.
