Job summary

Primo Brands Corporation is seeking a Route Service Delivery Driver to serve residential, commercial, and retail customers in Jackson, MS. You will operate a CMV, ensure safety, and upsell products while maintaining accurate delivery records.

The role requires obtaining a CDL Class B within 90 days, lifting heavy loads (up to 60 lbs), and working a Monday–Friday schedule with potential Saturdays. Excellent benefits and sign-on options are offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Must be willing to work toward obtaining a CDL Class B with airbrake endorsement within 90 days of being hired.
• Primo Brands is a certified CDL provider and can assist with obtaining the CDL where available.
• Service-oriented with strong face-to-face sales skills.
• Ability to lift and carry an average of 250+ units per day, up to 60 lbs each, with or without accommodation.
• Must be 21 years of age or older (DOT requirement).

Responsibilities

• Operate a commercial vehicle safely and complete DOT documentation daily.
• Adhere to safety policies including no use of electronic devices while driving.
• Provide courteous, professional service and deliver products to customers on schedule.
• Upsell additional products and services to existing customers.
• Maintain accurate account information, cash, and receipts.
• Support team decisions and assist others as needed.
• Provide professional water dispenser cleaning services following a quality process.
