Job summary

Primo Brands Corporation in Williston, VT is hiring a Route Service Delivery Driver. You will deliver to residential, commercial and retail customers, upsell products, and manage accounts while operating a CMV safely.

Strong safety, customer service, and face-to-face selling skills are essential. CDL Class B with airbrake endorsement may be required; 21+ and DOT card eligibility are needed. Willingness to work a Monday–Friday schedule is expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to secure and/or maintain a CDL Class B with airbrake endorsement (for applicable CDL positions).
• Service-oriented with strong face-to-face sales skills.
• Ability to lift and carry an average of 250+ units per day, each weighing up to 60 lbs.
• Must be able to meet the physical demands of the role and DOT requirements.
• Must be 21 years of age or older (DOT requirement).

Responsibilities

• Operate a commercial vehicle in a safe and responsible manner and complete DOT documentation daily.
• Provide premium customer service to residential, commercial, and retail customers.
• Upsell additional products and services to existing customers and achieve monthly acquisition goals.
• Adhere to pricing and promotion guidelines and follow safety policies.
