Job summary

SKIMS is seeking a Part Time Team Member for our 5th Avenue Flagship. You’ll deliver a premium store experience through customer focus, product knowledge, and energetic teamwork. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment, support various store zones, and contribute to achieving store goals while upholding SKIMS values.

You’ll engage customers with warmth, learn product stories, and maintain a high standard of presentation. Availability on weekends and willingness to close shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Availability on weekdays and weekends (Sat/Sun).
• At least 14 hours across Saturday and Sunday.
• At least one closing shift on Sat or Sun.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and create elevated experiences reflecting our values.
• Learn product stories, sizing, and fit to support customers and build trust.
• Maintain a premium brand feel with professional tone and selling behaviors.
• Keep floor stocked, clean, and organized during busy periods.

• Be flexible across store zones and participate in coaching and development.
• Ask questions, embrace feedback, and strive for daily improvement.
