Job summary

Skims is seeking a Part Time Team Member to deliver an exceptional store experience at the 5th Avenue Flagship. You will greet customers, learn product stories, and support shoppers with sizing and fit to build trust and loyalty.

Qualifications

• Availability to work both weekdays and weekends including at least 14 hours across Sat/Sun
• Must be 18 years or older
• Passion for customer service and helping others
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced premium retail environment
• Open to feedback, training, and new responsibilities
• Previous retail, service, or hospitality experience is a plus but not required

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and deliver personalized, elevated experiences reflecting our mission and values
• Learn product stories, sizing, and fit to confidently support customers
• Maintain a premium brand feel with professional tone and selling behaviors
• Keep floor stocked, clean, and organized during busy hours
• Use store tools and collaborate with the team to meet store goals
• Be flexible and work across store zones as needed
• Ask questions, take feedback seriously, and continuous improve
