Job summary

SKIMS is seeking a part-time Team Member to deliver a high-touch store experience. You will greet customers warmly, learn product stories, and guide styling with a premium approach.

You thrive in a fast-paced setting and support store goals through collaboration and proactive service. Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness and stock, adapting to different store zones, and staying energized and positive to elevate the customer journey.

Qualifications

• Availability on weekdays and weekends including Saturdays and Sundays.
• At least 14 open hours across Sat/Sun
• At least one closing shift across Sat/Sun
• Available for 3 closing shifts
• Must be 18 years or older to apply
• Able to stand, move around the store, and lift up to 40 pounds

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with warmth and authenticity to create elevated experiences reflecting our mission and values.
• Learn product stories, sizing, and fit to support customers and build trust.
• Use polished selling behaviors to maintain a premium brand feel in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment.
• Keep the floor stocked, clean, and organized during peak hours with operational excellence.
