This role emphasizes strong communication, adaptability during busy hours, and collaboration with the team to hit store goals. Availability on weekdays and weekends, including at least one closing shift, is required.

Qualifications

• Availability for 14+ hours on weekends
• Must be 18+ years old
• Customer service mindset with professionalism
• Retail/service/hospitality experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer with warmth and create elevated experiences reflecting SKIMS values
• Learn product stories, sizing, and fit to support each customer and build trust
• Use professional tone and selling behaviors to maintain a premium brand feel during high traffic
• Keep floor stocked, clean, and organized, prioritizing the customer experience
• Leverage company tools and stay calm and focused when challenges arise
• Be adaptable and move into different store zones as needed and continue learning
