Job summary

Le Creuset in Seattle, WA is seeking a part-time Retail Sales Lead/Key Holder to support sales, service, and daily store operations. You’ll handle opening/closing, cash handling, and security while delivering exceptional customer experiences and maintaining visual standards.

• Open and Close the Store: Perform authorized opening and closing procedures, including securing the store, managing keys and alarm codes, completing cash-handling responsibilities, and ensuring required operational and safety checks are completed.
• Support Sales and Customer Experience: Contribute to the achievement of sales and KPI goals, provide personalized service, and share product knowledge related to cooking, baking, and entertaining.
• Maintain Operational and Visual Standards: Support cash management, merchandising, inventory control, loss-prevention procedures, and the execution of Le Creuset’s visual and operational standards.
• Contribute to a Positive Team Environment: Communicate effectively, collaborate with team members and store leadership, demonstrate accountability, and adapt to changing business needs.
