Job summary

SKIMS is seeking a Part Time Team Member for City Creek to deliver an exceptional store experience. You will greet customers, learn product stories, and help shoppers with styling while upholding a premium brand standard.

You should be customer-obsessed, able to work in a fast-paced setting, and flexible to work across store zones. Availability on weekdays and weekends is required, with at least 3 closing shifts across the weekend.

Qualifications

• Availability Weekdays and Weekends (Sat/Sun) with at least 14 open hours across Sat and Sun.
• At least one closing shift across Sat or Sun.
• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Passion for customer service and helping others.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced premium retail environment with professionalism.
• Strong communication skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.
• Eagerness to learn, take feedback, and grow.
• Experience in retail, service, or hospitality is a plus but not required.
• Fan of SKIMS, product, and values.

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer warmly and create inclusive, personalized experiences reflecting SKIMS' mission.
• Learn product stories, sizing, fit, and build trust with customers to turn visitors into loyal shoppers.
• Use professional tone and refined selling to maintain a premium brand feel during high traffic hours.
• Keep floor stocked, clean, and organized; move with urgency and efficiency.
• Use company tools and collaborate with the team; stay calm during changes or challenges.
• Be flexible to work in different store zones and adapt with learning agility.
