Job summary

The Ridge Hotel Lake Geneva is seeking friendly front-of-house servers to join our multi-venue restaurant and events team in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin. You will take orders, deliver food and drinks, and provide attentive service across Hunt Club Steakhouse, Turf at the GN Clubhouse, Crafted Italia, and the Deck Bar.

Candidates should be 18+, comfortable with iPad POS, and able to work varied shifts including weekends. ServSafe is a plus.

Qualifications

• Servers must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience with POS systems is preferred but not required.
• ServSafe certification is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Know the menu inside-out and upsell wine/whiskeys/cocktails/beer.
• Take and enter orders accurately; deliver drinks and courses on time.
• Process payments and manage the dining experience from seating to check-out.
• Assist with setup, cleaning, and closing tasks as part of the restaurant team.
• Communicate special requests or complaints to the Restaurant Manager with care.
• Maintain high sanitation and safety standards.
