Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute meat & seafood sales strategies to hit regional and individual goals
• Identify customer needs to assemble a solution-driven product mix
• Utilize data analytics to prioritize sales opportunities
• Prospect, qualify, and convert leads to Sysco
• Monitor market conditions, pricing, and competitors; share insights with customers
• Track activities and results using Salesforce CRM
• Leverage sampling to close sales
• Provide feedback to partners on product quality and value
• Develop relationships with customers, chefs, and sales teammates
• Engage in Sysco events and food shows to drive sales
