Job summary

The Club at Twin Lakes is seeking a dependable Golf Shop Associate to support daily operations of the Pro Shop. This part-time, seasonal role involves greeting guests, processing sales, and assisting with tee-time reservations while delivering exceptional service.

Ideal candidates will have retail or customer-service experience, be 18+, and show initiative. Flexible availability includes mornings, evenings, and weekends, with a strong emphasis on professionalism and teamwork.

Qualifications

  • Previous retail, customer-service, or POS experience is required.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • RAMP certification is preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of golf is helpful.

Responsibilities

  • Open and close the Golf Pro Shop.
  • Greet members, guests, and the public in a friendly, professional manner.
  • Process sales and payments in the POS system.
  • Assist with tee-time reservations and events.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming shop.
  • Restock merchandise and assist customers as needed.

Golf Shop AssociatePart-Time Seasonal | Weekday and Weekend ShiftsThe Club at Twin Lakes is seeking a dependable, customer-focused individual to join our team as a Golf Shop Associate. This position is responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operation of the Golf Pro Shop while providing excellent service to members, guests, and the public.The Golf Shop Associate reports to the General Manager of Golf and the Assistant Director of Golf Operations.Position Type: Part-Time, SeasonalRequired Availability: Minimum of three shifts per weekSchedule: Weekdays, weekends, mornings, evenings, opening shifts, and closing shiftsThis is a seasonal position; however, our golf season continues until winter weather and consistent frost prevent play.Candidates must be available to work a minimum of three shifts per week, including a combination of weekday and weekend shifts.
