Qualifications

• Experience as powersports technician in multi-line dealerships preferred.
• Knowledge of BMW, Ducati, Yamaha, Polaris and BRP products.
• Able to operate diagnostic and repair tools proficiently.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication with customers and service advisors.
• Valid driver's license and ability to test ride safely.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on powersports vehicles.
• Ensure work meets manufacturer specs and quality standards.
• Communicate vehicle issues and needed repairs to customers and advisors.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Stay current with technical training and product updates.
• Document all repairs and maintenance following dealership protocols.
