Qualifications

• Experience as a service technician in powersports preferred.
• Diagnostic, electrical and engine repair experience required or preferred.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and diagnostic equipment skills.
• Excellent customer service and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to learn new technology and repair procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform work on repair orders efficiently per dealership standards.
• Test-drive vehicles and use diagnostic tools to verify repairs.
• Diagnose and repair vehicle systems including engine, transmission, brakes, and electrical.
• Communicate with Service Advisor about additional concerns and time estimates.
• Execute repairs according to manufacturer specifications and warranty guidelines.
