Qualifications

• Proven experience managing Personal Lines for high-net-worth portfolios.
• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• Strong client relationship management and concierge-level service.
• Experience with AMS360 or similar agency systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume book of business with accuracy and responsiveness.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships with high-touch service.
• Handle endorsements, renewals, remarketing opportunities, and reviews.
• Collaborate with carriers, producers, and internal teams to ensure satisfaction.
• Provide guidance on personal property and casualty coverages and underwriting guidelines.
• Utilize AMS360 to manage client accounts.
