Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proven experience as a Painter in manufacturing/industrial settings preferred.
• Familiar with painting techniques and equipment.
• Proficient in painting tools and equipment usage.
• Detail-oriented with strong color and design sense.
• Knowledge of safety procedures for painting activities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform bending, stooping, and lifting.

Responsibilities

• Surface preparation: clean, sand, and prime surfaces as needed.
• Paint application using spraying, rolling, and brushing; match finishes and colors.
• Quality control: inspect surfaces for consistency and defects.
• Equipment maintenance: clean and maintain spray guns and brushes.
