Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven painting experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Familiarity with various painting techniques and equipment.
• Proficient in the use of painting tools and equipment.
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of color and design.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and protocols related to painting activities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform tasks that may require bending, stooping, and lifting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces of equipment for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming as necessary.

• Conduct inspections to ensure quality and consistency of painted surfaces.
• Clean and maintain painting equipment; report malfunctions to maintenance.

• Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely painting tasks and communicate with supervisors.
