Job summary

Time Manufacturing Company is seeking a skilled Painter to join the manufacturing team in Bethlehem, PA. You will apply paint finishes to specialized equipment, requiring attention to detail and proficiency in spraying, rolling and brushing techniques.

Responsibilities include surface preparation, color matching, quality inspections, equipment maintenance and strict adherence to safety guidelines. A high school diploma and prior painting experience in an industrial setting are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a Painter, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Familiarity with painting techniques and equipment.
• Proficient in use of painting tools and equipment.
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of color and design.
• Knowledge of safety procedures related to painting activities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform bending, stooping, and lifting.

Responsibilities

• Surface preparation of equipment for painting, cleaning, sanding, priming and smoothing imperfections.
• Apply paint finishes using spraying, rolling, and brushing techniques; mix and match colors for specified finishes.
• Conduct inspections to ensure quality and consistency of painted surfaces; address imperfections promptly.
• Clean and maintain painting equipment, report malfunctions to maintenance.
• Follow safety protocols and properly dispose of hazardous materials.
• Collaborate with production team to ensure timely painting tasks and effective communication.
