Job summary

Old Republic Commercial Risk in Allentown, PA, is seeking a detail-oriented team member to insure efficient processing of work assignments within our Premium Operations group. You will work with a supervisor to train, monitor workflow changes, and ensure timely updates to procedures and systems.

The role emphasizes daily quality reviews, delivering weekly scorecards, and clear communication with underwriting operations.

Qualifications

• Proven interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to identify, interpret and communicate quality assessment results.
• Understanding of insurance terminology.
• Familiarity with PMA's underwriting processes and workflows.
• MS Office proficiency (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work with supervisor to identify training needs and provide ongoing training to team.
• Monitor processing changes, update training materials on a weekly basis
• Effectively communicate with corporate underwriting operations regarding policy processing changes that impact the team and/or workflows
• Communicate all procedural and workflow changes to team as implemented.
• Function as first point of contact to provide daily technical and procedural support to team members
• Perform quality reviews on a daily basis per established guidelines.
• Provide weekly scorecards to supervisor for review and distribution to team.
• Research and resolve field inquiries, or appropriately delegate to team for resolution within 24 hours of receipt
• Complete assignments and special projects within required time frame as assigned.
• Demonstrate commitment to Company’s Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, and apply knowledge of compliance policies and procedures, standards and laws applicable to job responsibilities in the performance of work.
