Job summary
Trinity Health Muskegon is seeking experienced Registered Nurses for the FirstChoice mobile staffing program. This part-time, 3x12 night shift (7:00 PM–7:30 AM) offers premium compensation and the flexibility to float across hospital locations.
Assignments can be short- and long-term, nationwide or regional, with travel and per diem options. RN licensure in applicable states, 18+ months Med/Surg/Tele/PCU, and 2+ years in other specialties plus BLS/ACLS/PALS credentials are required.
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
- Valid RN licensure in the applicable state(s) of practice.
- Credentials per specialty area (ACLS, TNCC, PALS, etc.).
- BLS, ACLS and PALS must be obtained through the American Heart Association.
Responsibilities
- Float throughout the hospital and/or multiple locations/regions.
- Apply professional practice elements: Assess, Identify outcomes, Plan, Implement, Evaluate.
- Act independently within license and scope of knowledge.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and contribute to quality outcomes.
- Manage priorities and adapt to new responsibilities.
