Job summary

Mercedes-Benz of Fort Mitchell is seeking an experienced Automotive Technician to diagnose, maintain, and repair Mercedes-Benz vehicles using modern diagnostic tools and factory procedures. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of professional repair experience, strong diagnostics, and a commitment to first-time fix quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3–5 years of professional automotive repair experience.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities.
• Experience with European or luxury vehicles is preferred but not required.
• ASE certifications are preferred, but not required.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
• Professional attitude with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Personal set of professional automotive tools.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, drivability, suspension, steering, brake, HVAC, and engine performance concerns.
• Perform routine maintenance and factory-recommended services.
• Utilise advanced diagnostic tools and manufacturer service information to accurately identify vehicle concerns.
• Complete repairs according to Mercedes-Benz and dealership quality standards.
• Perform comprehensive multi-point vehicle inspections and document findings accurately.
• Communicate repair recommendations clearly with Service Advisors.
• Maintain productivity while delivering first-time repair quality.
• Stay current with emerging automotive technologies through ongoing training.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
