Qualifications

• Active licensure required in Colorado for barber, cosmetology, or hairstylist.
• Reliable transportation to the shop and availability for evenings/weekends.
• Minimum of 2 years active professional experience in men’s grooming or premium salon settings.
• Strong communication and professional demeanor with a discerning urban clientele.
• Ability to stand for 8 hours and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality hair grooming services including precision cuts, beard shaping, and traditional shaves.
• Conduct detailed consultations to match client grooming profiles and educate on routines.
• Drive membership and retention through exemplary service and retail guidance.
• Maintain spotless workstation and follow sanitation/infection-control standards.
