The ideal candidate holds a Pennsylvania Barber License, has experience with men's cuts, builds a loyal book of clients, maintains a clean workstation, and is passionate about staying current with grooming trends and product recommendations.

Qualifications

Valid PA Barber License required.
Proven experience in men's cuts, fades, and straight razor shaving.
Strong customer service skills with a client-first attitude.
Ability to build and retain a consistent book of clients.
Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and conduct.

Responsibilities

Deliver precision haircuts, fades, tapers, and style consultations to a diverse clientele.
Perform straight razor shaves, beard trims, and grooming services to the highest standard.
Build and maintain a loyal client base through exceptional service and professionalism.
Maintain a clean, sanitary, and welcoming workstation in compliance with health and safety standards.
Recommend grooming products and services tailored to each client's needs.
