Hammer & Nails Men's Grooming – Flower Mound invites licensed barbers and stylists to join a luxury BarberSpa environment built exclusively for men. You’ll deliver precision cuts, signature shaves, beard grooming, scalp treatments, and facial services using premium tools in a masculine setting.

We provide ongoing training, top-tier supplies, and a steady client base so you can focus on artistry and relationships.

Qualifications

• Active Texas Cosmetology or Barber license required.
• Passion for men’s grooming and premium service.
• Strong technical skills and a commitment to continuous improvement.
• Genuine ability to build meaningful relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

As a Hairstylist or Barber at Hammer & Nails, you’ll deliver precision cuts, signature shaves, beard grooming, scalp treatments, and facial treatments using premium tools and products in a relaxing, masculine setting. We equip our licensed artists with ongoing training, the best tools in the industry, and a steady membership client base so you can focus on your artistry and building lasting relationships. • Ability to work flexible schedules, weekend availability required (Friday-Saturday-Sunday)
