Qualifications

Valid Barber or Cosmetology License (State of California).
Proven experience in men’s grooming (fades, tapers, beard work, etc.).
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Professional appearance and attitude.
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
Passion for growth and mastering the craft.

Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality haircuts, fades, beard grooming, and styling services.
Provide a professional and welcoming experience for every guest.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of your station and common areas.
Manage time effectively to keep appointments running smoothly.
Uphold salon standards, policies, and dress code.
Build and maintain a strong, loyal clientele.
Recommend grooming products and services when appropriate.
