Qualifications

• Valid Barber or Cosmetology License (State of California).
• Proven experience in men’s grooming (fades, tapers, beard work, etc.).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Professional appearance and attitude.
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
• Passion for growth and mastering the craft.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality haircuts, fades, beard grooming, and styling services.
• Provide a professional and welcoming experience for every guest.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of your station and common areas.
• Manage time effectively to keep appointments running smoothly.
• Uphold salon standards, policies, and dress code.
• Build and maintain a strong, loyal clientele.
• Recommend grooming products and services when appropriate.
