Job summary

KALSEE Credit Union is seeking a Member Experience Representative to build relationships and promote financial wellness. You will deliver exceptional service, process a variety of transactions, and help Members choose suitable products.

The role emphasizes accuracy, compliance, and strong attention to detail, with opportunities to work in a retail service environment and progress within the compensation stratification from $16 to $19 per hour in the first year.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous financial industry experience preferred.
• Must be able to learn and apply a variety of software applications.
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Prior experience in a retail service environment to include cash handling and member service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary member service by engaging with Members and applying defined service standards.
• Listen actively to understand questions and concerns, and offer guidance to appropriate products and services.
• Accurately process transactions in line with MER responsibilities, including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing.
• Review activities for compliance with policies and regulations (BSA/OFAC).
• Balance assigned cash drawer during and at the end of each shift.
• Perform miscellaneous duties such as end of day tasks, filing, answering phones, and maintaining supplies.
