Joe V’s Smart Shop is seeking a Meat Cutter to deliver fresh, high-quality products to customers daily. You will cut, trim, tray, and merchandise meat, while rotating stock and maintaining superior sanitation. The role emphasizes teamwork, fast pace, and accuracy in labeling and packaging for sale.

You will work with grinders, slicers, and sharpeners in a structured environment, ensuring safety and customer satisfaction. Prior experience in retail/meat departments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cuts, trims, trays, and wraps meat for display according to store standards.

• Labels products and ensures accurate weighing and packaging for sale.
• Provides great customer service and assists shoppers with selections.
• Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of display cases and equipment.
• Adheres to safety procedures and works with team to meet quality standards.
