Job summary

Assured Quality Homecare, LLC (ASQ) is hiring dependable live-in care professionals who provide compassionate assistance to older adults in their homes. The role includes 13 paid hours per live-in day, with three unpaid breaks and eight unpaid sleep hours.

Earn up to $3,947 biweekly before taxes when working seven live-in days weekly, with benefits like training, vacation, mileage reimbursement, a 401(k) match, and ongoing development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active Rhode Island CNA license (RI only).
• CNA license from any state, HHA certification, or other caregiver training preferred (CT only).
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license, dependable transportation, and current auto insurance.
• Basic technology skills for scheduling, timekeeping, and documentation.
• Ability to complete the agreed-upon live-in rotation.
• Professional references.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, transfers, and prescribed exercises.
• Prepare meals, light housekeeping and provide medication reminders.
• Offer companionship and meaningful engagement.
• Follow care plans and maintain a safe home environment.
• Observe and report changes in client’s condition promptly.
• Complete daily documentation and communicate professionally with families and ASQ.

Education
