Job summary

Endurance Home Care in Bridgeport, CT is seeking live-in caregivers who drive to join our team on a per diem basis. We hire CNAs, PCAs, CHHAs and HHAs for 3-, 4-, and 7-day live-in shifts with pay of $250–$300 per day.

Responsibilities include companionship, light housekeeping, meal preparation, mobility assistance, ADLs, client transportation, medication reminders, and reporting changes to the care team. We offer direct deposit and opportunities for wage growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of professional caregiving experience.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a car.
• Ability to lift and assist with transfers.
• Willingness to commute within Fairfield County, CT.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and social interaction.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry.
• Prepare meals and assist with grocery shopping.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting).
• Provide safety supervision and mobility support to prevent falls.
• Assist with transportation to appointments and errands.
• Remind and assist with medications.
• Follow care plans and document health status changes.
