Job summary

Endurance Home Care is seeking experienced live-in caregivers in Fairfield County, CT. This Per Diem role offers 3, 4, or 7 day live-in shifts with pay ranging from $250 to $300 per day.

Ideal candidates drive and own a car to meet client needs and commute within Fairfield County. You will provide companionship, light housekeeping, meal prep, mobility support, and daily living assistance while following client care plans and reporting changes to the Care Team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of professional caregiver experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a means of transportation (car).
• Willingness to commute within Fairfield County, CT.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and social interaction.
• Light housekeeping and laundry.
• Meal preparation and grocery shopping.
• Safety supervision and mobility assistance to prevent falls.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting).
• Transport clients for errands and appointments.
• Medication reminders and prescription assistance.
• Follow care plan and report notes/changes to the Care Team.
• Coordinate and manage medical appointments and related health activities.
• Attend monthly in-service trainings.
