Endurance Home Care in Greenwich, CT is hiring experienced live-in Care Professionals on a per diem basis. Per diem shifts include 3, 4, and 7 day live-ins, with priority given to caregivers who drive and have a car.

Pay ranges from $250 to $300 per day, with weekly pay and direct deposit options. Responsibilities include companionship, light housekeeping, meal prep, mobility assistance, ADL support, and coordination of medical appointments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of professional caregiver experience
• Valid driver's license and own car preferred
• Legally eligible to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and social interaction
• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Meal prep and grocery support
• Assist with activities of daily living including bathing and grooming
• Mobility support and falls prevention
• Transportation to appointments and errands
• Medication reminders and aid with prescriptions
• Follow care plan and report changes to the team
• Coordinate medical appointments and health activities
• Attend monthly in-service trainings
