Qualifications
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Ophthalmology.
- 2-5+ years of cataract surgery experience preferred.
- Experience with premium IOLs and refractive cataract techniques.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive ophthalmology consultations and cataract evaluations (narrow focus to the ophthalmology field).
- Perform cataract and refractive surgery.
- Utilize premium IOLs and advanced technology to optimize patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with optometrists, technicians, and surgical counselors.
- Participate in continued education and clinical advancement.
