Compensation Model: Swagel Wootton Eye Institute offers a 12-month guaranteed compensation draw, providing financial stability during the first year of practice. After 12 months, physicians transition to a productivity-based compensation model that adjusts and increases throughout the year based on year-to-date (YTD) net collections. This structure rewards performance and growth while maintaining transparency and fairness.
