Qualifications
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Ophthalmology.
- 2–5+ years of cataract surgery experience preferred.
- Proficient with premium lens technology and refractive cataract techniques.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive consults and deliver high-quality cataract and refractive surgical care.
- Utilize premium IOLs and advanced technologies to optimize visual outcomes.
- Collaborate with optometrists, technicians, and counselors to deliver a seamless patient experience.
- Participate in ongoing education and clinical advancement to maintain leading-edge skills.
