The ideal candidate will perform comprehensive consults, use premium IOLs and advanced technologies, collaborate with our clinical staff, and participate in ongoing education to maintain leading-edge skills. This is a full-time position in a patient-centered practice with strong referral networks.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Ophthalmology.
• 2–5+ years of cataract surgery experience preferred.
• Proficient with premium lens technology and refractive cataract techniques.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive consults and deliver cataract and refractive surgical care.
• Utilize premium IOLs and advanced technologies to optimize visual outcomes.
