Job Summary

Join the Premium In-Seats team at Chase Field, home of the Arizona Diamondbacks, and be part of an energetic, fast-paced environment where each day offers new opportunities to create exceptional dining experiences.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly and welcoming manner; ensure a positive atmosphere at all times.
• Provide exceptional, courteous service to guests.
• Adhere to all alcohol service regulations, including responsible alcohol service laws.
• Prepare and stock the bar with beer, wine, spirits, garnishes, condiments, glassware, ice, and other supplies.
• Maintain stock levels, prepare garnishes, and ensure product quality.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of menu items and available products.
• Process guest checks and payments accurately, following cash handling policies.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety and sanitation standards.
• Complete logs for production, safety, sanitation, waste, inventory, and check-in/check-out procedures daily.
• Perform opening and closing duties, including cleaning, setup, and inventory management.
• Collaborate with front-of-house and back-of-house teams to ensure smooth operations and timely service.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Physical Demands

• Ability to stand and walk for 6-12 hours during events or as required.
• Perform physical tasks like walking, standing, ascending/descending stairs.
• Exposure to heat, steam, and cold temperatures.
• Lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs; bend, stoop, and kneel as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in restaurant or sports entertainment industry; 2+ years bartender experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills and professionalism.
• Proficient in mixology, familiar with drink recipes and garnishes.
• Experience with point-of-sale systems and cash handling.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and regulations.
• Certifications such as ServSafe Food and Alcohol, and Maricopa County Food Handler, may be required.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
