Job Summary

Join the Premium In-Seats team at Chase Field, home of the Arizona Diamondbacks, in a dynamic environment creating exceptional dining experiences.

Responsibilities

1. Greet guests warmly and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
2. Provide friendly, courteous service.
3. Follow alcohol service regulations.
4. Stock and prepare bar areas with all necessary products.
5. Maintain quality of garnishes, juices, and perishables.
6. Know the menu and products well.
7. Handle guest checks, process payments, and maintain accuracy.
8. Keep work areas clean and compliant with safety standards.
9. Complete logs and inventory daily.
10. Perform opening and closing duties, including cleaning and setup.
11. Collaborate with team members for smooth operations.
12. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Physical Demands

• Stand and walk for 6-12 hours during events.
• Perform physical tasks like lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Work in heat, steam, and cold environments.
• Ascend/descend stairs as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in restaurant or sports entertainment industry preferred.

Required Skills

• Excellent customer service and professionalism.
• Proficient in mixology and knowledge of drinks.
• Experience with POS systems and cash handling.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation.
• Certifications like ServSafe Food and Alcohol, and Food Handler may be required.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
