Job summary

Clearwater Shower Bath is hiring experienced sales professionals to serve homeowners throughout the Treasure Coast. We specialize in premium shower, bathtub, and wet‑area bathroom remodeling and our Sales Consultants meet with homeowners in their homes, evaluate the space, design a solution, present options, and close the project during the appointment.

This is a full‑time W‑2, 100% commission outside sales position with uncapped earning potential.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience.
• Professional appearance and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Comfortable using iPad and digital sales tools.

Responsibilities

• Run scheduled in‑home consultations.
• Evaluate the customer’s space and goals.
• Design a customized shower or bath remodeling solution.
• Present options and financing, close the sale during the appointment.
• Complete accurate contracts and project documentation.
• Maintain communication with management and follow the sales process.
