Clearwater Shower Bath is hiring a professional sales consultant to meet with homeowners throughout Central Florida and help them design customized shower and bath remodeling projects. You will evaluate the space, understand what they want to improve, recommend the right solution, and guide them through the purchasing decision.

This full-time W-2, 100% commission position offers uncapped earning potential, with commissions paid biweekly, and company-generated appointments, training, and support

Qualifications

• Experience in home improvement sales is preferred but not required.
• Ability to build trust quickly and ask strong questions.
• Proven performers from high-ticket sales environments welcome.

Responsibilities

• Run in-home consultations to design shower/bath remodeling projects.
• Present investment and financing options and close the sale.
• Coordinate with management, production, and installation teams to fulfill projects.
