Job summary

Clearwater Shower Bath is hiring a professional sales consultant to meet with homeowners throughout Central Florida and help design customized shower and bath remodeling projects. You will evaluate spaces, understand improvements, and guide purchasing decisions with premium products.

This is a full-time W-2 position with 100% commission and uncapped earning potential. Expect to close high-value projects and receive company support, samples, and design tools.

Qualifications

• Must be a polished, consultative salesperson who can build trust quickly.
• Ability to ask strong questions, present premium products confidently, handle objections, and close the sale.
• Experience in home-improvement or high-ticket sales environments is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Run in-home consultations, design projects, present investment and financing options, and close the sale.
• Work from company-provided appointments with homeowners who requested information.
