Job summary

Clearwater Shower Bath is seeking experienced sales professionals to perform in-home consultations with homeowners across Central Florida. You will assess spaces, design solutions, present options, and close projects in the home.

The role is a full-time W-2 with uncapped commissions and paid biweekly. Two to three appointments per day are scheduled by our call center, with first-year earnings potential of $150,000–$300,000.

Qualifications

• Experience in in-home sales or high-ticket environments is preferred.
• Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel throughout the Treasure Coast territory.
• Ability to conduct in-home consultations and close sales.

Responsibilities

• Run scheduled in-home consultations.
• Evaluate the customer’s existing shower or bathtub space.
• Identify homeowner goals, concerns, priorities, and timeline.
• Design a customized shower or bath remodeling solution.
• Present product, design, installation, and financing options.
• Explain the value of the proposed project.
• Address questions and objections directly.
• Close the sale during the appointment.
• Complete accurate measurements, contracts, and project documentation.
• Maintain consistent communication with management.
• Follow the company’s established sales process.
