Job summary

Biltmore is seeking a flexible, on-call Housekeeping Associate to clean guest rooms and public areas with a focus on exceptional guest service. The role emphasizes teamwork, attention to detail, and efficient room turnover in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include cleaning, sanitizing bathrooms, stocking amenities, and supporting department operations while adhering to safety standards. Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds and work varied hours, including holidays and weekends.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping and/or custodial experience preferred.
• Knowledge of hotel housekeeping operations preferred.
• Commitment to delivering world class guest service.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms to expected standards in an expedited manner.
• Maintain and present rooms and locations as assigned.
• Dust, vacuum, polish furniture, sanitize bathrooms.
• Replenish amenities and supplies in rooms and public areas.
• Assist leadership and team with department needs.
• May participate in deep cleaning and floor care projects.
• Follow safety measures when handling cleaning chemicals.
• Stock and organize housekeeping carts and supplies.
