Best Buy in Phoenix is seeking a Samsung Home Theater Expert to demonstrate and sell home theater products with emphasis on the Samsung brand. You’ll receive training and explain complex technology in simple terms to help customers understand each product’s value.

You’ll work closely with other sales associates to ensure the team is ready to assist customers and to help achieve sales goals while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• 1 year of sales, customer service or related fields.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule inclusive of holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high level of product knowledge about new Samsung technology.
• Debrief with vendor partners and market teams about performance, promotions and sales best practices.
