Job summary

Best Buy in Tucson is seeking a Samsung Home Theater Expert to join our store team. You will demonstrate and sell Samsung home theater products, with training provided to become an expert. You’ll explain complex technology in simple terms to help customers understand the brand’s value and benefits.

You’ll work with fellow sales associates to keep the department organized and ready to assist customers, while supporting sales strategies to reach store performance goals.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1 year of experience in sales, customer service or related fields.
• Ability to work successfully as part of a team.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule inclusive of holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high level of product knowledge about new Samsung technology.
• Debrief with vendor partners and market teams about performance, promotions and sales best practices.
• Ensure the department remains organized and ready to serve customers.
• Support sales strategies to achieve operating results, growth objectives and overall financial performance goals.
