Job summary

Best Buy in Indianapolis is seeking a Samsung Home Theater Expert to join our retail team. You’ll demonstrate and sell home theater products with emphasis on the Samsung brand, and you’ll receive comprehensive training to become an expert.

You’ll explain complex technology in simple terms to help customers understand each product’s value and work with teammates to ensure excellent service. In this full-time in-store role, you’ll stay up-to-date on Samsung technology, support promotions, and help

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1 year of experience in sales, customer service or related fields.
• Ability to work successfully as part of a team.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule inclusive of holidays, nights and weekends.
• Prior experience serving as a specialist in premium, luxury, or complex technology solutions (preferred).
• 1 year of experience working with consumer electronics (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high level of product knowledge about new Samsung technology.
• Debrief with vendor partners and market teams about performance, promotions and sales best practices.
• Ensure the department remains organized and ready to serve customers.
• Support sales strategies to achieve operating results, growth objectives and overall financial performance goals.
