Job summary

Best Buy is seeking a Samsung Home Theater Expert to demonstrate and sell home theater products in-store, with an emphasis on the Samsung brand. You will receive comprehensive training and explain complex technology in simple terms to help customers understand each product’s unique value.

You will work with fellow sales associates to share knowledge and ensure the team can assist customers effectively, while contributing to sales strategies and department readiness.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• 1 year of sales or customer service experience.
• Able to work as part of a team.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends.
• Experience serving premium or complex technology solutions is a plus.
• 1 year of experience working with consumer electronics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high level of product knowledge about new Samsung technology.
• Debrief with vendor partners and market teams about performance, promotions and sales best practices.
• Ensure the department remains organized and ready to serve customers.
• Support sales strategies to achieve operating results, growth objectives and overall financial performance goals.
