Responsibilities

• Perform hair services including design, cuts, color, texture, styling, updos and makeup (where applicable).
• Meet or exceed sales and productivity goals for hair services and retail.
• Demonstrate business acumen and identify growth opportunities.
• Demonstrate and sell professional hair care and makeup products.
• Support in-store events, promotions, and guest experiences.
• Maintain knowledge of trends and product ingredients to better serve guests.
• Maintain attendance and salon standards.
