Responsibilities

• Perform hair services including design, cuts, color, texture, styling, updos, keratin treatments, extensions, makeup applications, brow services, and ear piercing (where applicable).
• Meet or exceed sales and productivity goals for hair services and contribute to store goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, and retail shrink.
• Demonstrate and sell pro hair care and makeup products; participate in in-store events and promotions.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards; follow service protocols and stay informed about trends.
