Qualifications

• Cosmetology license required.
• Previous relevant work experience required.
• Proficiency with latest salon techniques for haircutting, haircolor, lightening, styling, texture, treatment, extensions, makeup, and ear piercing.

Responsibilities

• Perform hair services including design, cuts, color, texture, styling, updos, keratin treatments, extensions, makeup, and ear piercing where applicable.
• Meet or exceed weekly sales goals for hair services and contribute to retail and service sales targets.
• Demonstrate products to drive sales and guest service experience.
• Support in-store events, promotions, and marketing initiatives for a premier guest experience.
• Stay informed on trends, products, and services to better serve guests.
• Maintain prompt attendance and adhere to safety and sanitation standards.
